Good quality ingredients and imaginative menus are the basis for our chalet cuisine. Breakfast and afternoon tea are served daily but on the chalet staff day off, there is no evening meal, leaving you free to sample one of the local restaurants.
Breakfast: - a buffet selection of cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurts, freshly baked local bread and jams accompanied by fruit juices, tea and coffee. A substantial cooked breakfast is also offered every day except chalet staff day off and changeover day. For the traditional skiers amongst you we can of course offer porridge on request!
Afternoon Tea: - discuss the day's skiing with your fellow guests whilst helping yourself to afternoon tea. Bread and jam and a slice (or two) of delicious home-made cake or biscuits should help keep hunger pangs at bay until dinner time.
Dinner: - to tempt you before dinner you will enjoy a choice of canapés with a pre-dinner aperitif. Your chalet hosts serve a delicious 3-course meal at 8pm giving you plenty of time to rest aching muscles and recuperate after your day skiing. Ensure you leave enough space after your dessert to enjoy a cheeseboard accompanied by a glass of port. Finally to round the evening off, enjoy chocolates with your coffee.
Wine: - house wine is available throughout dinner until coffee. We serve a house red and white wine; a small wine list is available in your chalet should you wish to purchase additional wines or you can of course choose to purchase your own wines in resort.
Children's Supper: - we provide a child friendly supper at around 6pm for all children under 12 years, if you have sole use of the chalet and you would prefer your children to eat a normal dinner with you at 8pm there is a £50 upgrade. For those in a shared chalet it is generally expected that under 12s would have the early supper.
The Chalet staff always aim to please and as much as possible will adapt their menus to your specific tastes and dietary requests however we cannot provide vegan, kosher or gluten-free meals and cannot guarantee a nut free environment.
Room 5 carries a £50 per person one off room supplement for the week.
Prices are indicative only and are subject to change at any time. Please note that additional room or other supplements may apply.
