Good food is an essential part of any holiday so prepare to indulge! We are passionate about food, from where it is sourced to how it is prepared and cooked. Our menus are designed around local, quality raw ingredients with the changing seasons kept in mind.
Breakfast, served between 8 and 9am, typically includes a selection of fresh breads and pastries, homemade jams and muesli, stewed fruits and a delicious cooked option.
Our evening dishes range from seared venison with braised red cabbage, herb mash and juniper juice to baked zanderfillet with butterbean puree, sautéed courgettes and leeks, and a green herb sauce.
We also serve afternoon tea with treats such as homemade plum and cinnamon oatcakes or apple struedel with vanilla sauce.
We have a small but a carefully selected range of Austrian, European and South African wines to compliment our menus.
Toddlers' and childrens' menus are flexible, allowing us to serve dishes they are sure to enjoy.
Please advise us of any special dietary requirements when booking. We will do our best to accommodate these.
Breakfast, afternoon tea and cake/biscuits, dinner, wine, tea and coffee 6 days per week. Breakfast and afternoon tea will be laid out for you to help yourself on the staff's day off.
From December the 11th is is possible to take the chalet for a 3 night break for £395.00p/p. Otherwise combine it with the Christmas week for a for a 10 night stay for £720.00p/p.
